Kicks for a Cause
Hurricane Ian unleashed winds of 150 mph when it made landfall on Wednesday. At least 15,000 people are currently sheltering in place. Floodwaters in some of the hardest hit areas surpassed 6 feet. Chunks of bridges crumbled into the water and massive trees fell due to the weather carnage, contributing to the power outages across the state. The storm is one of the worst ever to affect the state.
All proceeds from the sales of this shoe go directly to assisting those affected by Hurricane Ian by supporting the American Red Cross' Hurricane Ian Relief campaign.

WE TAKE SUSTAINABILITY SERIOUSLY
Sustainability is important to Kicks for a Cause. We’re getting greener every step of the way, while still providing you with the quality products you deserve.
Around 85% of all textiles produced by the fashion industry end up in landfills, making it a major contributor to environmental damage. What’s more, one in every five items produced by the fashion industry reaches landfills without being worn even once.
As Kicks for a Cause works with on-demand suppliers, we only produce items we get an order for, avoiding textile waste from overproduction.
Additionally, We use Kornit printers that generate almost zero wastewater and use less energy than standard industry printers, which lowers our carbon footprint.
The inks we use for printing are Oeko-Tex™ certified, vegan, water-based, and free of harmful chemicals. Kicks for a Cause takes care to properly dispose of any left-over ink according to the ink supplier guidelines.
